Retro FroYo is a self-serve frozen yogurt destination built around a nostalgic 1970s theme — "Groovy Treats Await You!" The shop offers a wide array of frozen yogurt flavors, including vegan options, an extensive topping bar, coffee, hot chocolate, complimentary Wi-Fi, and retro video games, and has also hosted private parties and events. The brand’s history includes a former sister location in New Jersey, giving it recognition and identity beyond its current single-location footprint. The Beacon location sits at 412 Main Street, on one of the Hudson Valley’s most walkable and visited commercial corridors. Main Street is anchored by Dia:Beacon, one of the largest contemporary art museums in the country, and the city draws consistent weekend and seasonal tourism from New York City (roughly 90 minutes away by Metro-North) in addition to a loyal local customer base. The business is fully built out and equipped, having recently invested approximately $75,000 in near-new equipment, and is currently entering its strongest sales months of the year.
